Is it a crash with an error showing? Does it just stop? If that the case, when does it stop? During the loading bar, during the video, after starting a new game/loading a save?

For A Fistful Of Waifu is additional content. Meaning you need to have the main game Love and Sex: Second Base installed and working.
Do you have the main game Love and Sex: Second Base installed and working ?
If the main game is not working, there's no need to dig further and we'll focus on the main game first.
If the main game is working, let see about FAFOW DLC.
As explained on the wiki FAFOW DLC is a single file named dlc_fafow.rpa. If the file you've downloaded is a zip file you'll need to extract it before the next step.
This file must be placed in the Documents see the manual import.
If you did everything listed on the wiki but it still doesn't work, I need you to explain me what you see before the crash.

When the issue occurs, what do you see?
- A grey traceback error screen
- Then send a screenshot of the error screen
- Nothing it just go back to your phone screen

Sorry it took so long for me to see this I barely ever log into itch, So with both the Fakku version and the Steam version that I play every time I attempt to load the game it shows a error log I posted a bug report on the Steam platform about it. I have a Windows 11 Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop, It's running 64-bit OS and every time I try to get this game around it winds up crashing back to the desktop
