No you just need to be logged in have 18+ enabled and just use the 'furry' tag in the browse menu. Add more tags like 'gay' if you want to narrow it down. The shadowban has only just happened. Honestly i don't get why Itch didn't just ban the ability for NSFW projects to get donations and money rather than a shadowban, but oh well, what's done is done.
