just watched your video and while about everything was flawless, there is still potential for a faster time:
at the end, instead of going to the right for triple jump, then left, then right again.
just double jump top the left ledge while fallng down the hole.
It's possible since I jsut did it and I aint remotely a speedrunner with good reflexes.
Could easily save you 3 seconds and more.
