I didn't have a hard time finding this. You either need to type it into the search bar (which - admittedly - can be hard if you don't remember the name), or find it incidentally by downloading a similar nsfw game that you do remember.
May not be rolling out all at once somehow? But here in the US, I can't find this game searching the exact name, anymore. Seems itch capitulated to the payment processors.
AFAIK so far they've only delisted games from search. if you have the link (for example, if you bought or followed it), you can still easily find it from your library.
