Thank you for recording the playthrough, that is extremely useful. Also unfortunately, seems like there was a bug for the first stronghold you encountered.
Edit: Just pushed a fixed build if you want to try to progress further than the first stronghold. Also, greyed out buildings like barracks are considered defeated, I will have to add some more obvious indicators.
