Really enjoyed this game! I did encounter a softlock where some of my customers left seconds after taking their order, jumbling the queue to the point where I couldn't read orders.
Those impatient and ungrateful pigeons don't deserve your pizza! But yeah this is my first time hearing about this bug, sorry you came across it! I'm glad you enjoyed it despite the pigeons having a mind of their own at the end :)
