Perhaps try to uninstall it completely and reinstall it?
I'm unable to get a crash report, sorry. The message just pops up whenever I open the game see the white animal drawing for about 2 seconds then I get the message. Sorry that isn't very helpful.
have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?
