Very neat concept, would be very interesting to see it explored more!
Regarding your end-of-life plan - it would've been a lot better to have a downloadable binary, so that any one of your players could easily have a local copy. The prospect of keeping the game only on developer's hard drive is a bit short-sighted.
Still, I believe this was a good effort, keep making more games!
