Help? i just downloaded the game (1.3.2), unzipped, and there's an error for no reason. The older version opens without problems

It happens to me when I start to run out of RAM or my PC starts relying on swapspace for some reason. Basically, what I'm saying is close your browser tabs, wait a few minutes for your computer to cool down and try again.
...And if its still not working, just do the tried-and-true-windows solution(TM), reboot your computer.
