I'm so very happy to read your comment! It's great to hear how much you like the game :) It's been very important for me during the design process to never have the game feel punishing. I'm glad you appreciate it!
Kobolms ignoring very long travels is actually not a bug, that was a neccessary evil of sorts. Calculating the ideal travel path is a task that gets pretty difficult for longer distances. I had to limit that to stop the game from freezing on devices with low performance, which I wanted to support. Though in hindsight I do think I could have handled that better.
Regarding this and your other issues: I'd love to fix them but I currently won't be getting to it. Admittedly they are mostly pretty small fixes, but all in all it would end up being a good chunk of work for reasons like having to refamiliarize myself with the old codebase I haven't worked with in a while. The time I'd have to spend on that is time I have to prioritize for the new game I'm currently working on. However, I would love to return to the kobolms at some point, in one form or another! This project is very dear to me, so I hope I can do more with it in the future 💛
That's a sweet camp you got there! The beds around the grill make me think that they are having late night mushroom barbecues and falling asleep right after :) and even though it's unplanned: having half moss beds and half hammocks would let the kobolms choose which they'd prefer, which I think is nice!
Thanks for taking your time to write this detailed feedback! It's very much appreciated.
