Probably need to reduce your map size at least. Make your own original RPG with Phantasy Star style gameplay. That way you wont feel bad about not being able to exactly mimic P.S. Plus, it gives you leeway to be more creative :)

You are right I should do something of mine but it's a dream to make it work on A500, at least the full playable demo I published alredy for A1200... more than the demo I'm still thinking about it cause I don't think there is such an hype for my port! ^__^
But I really wish I can make it to the end even if not perfect! :D
