I really enjoyed this game! It really tickled that part of my brain that loves maximizing and upgrading stuff, kind of similar to a certain card game.
That was our goal. We wanted to target the part of the brain which goes crazy when there's an option to upgrade stuff and create a mayhem. By any chance were you able to complete the game?
I did! The ending definitely caught me off guard :D. My strategy was focusing on powering up two sniper-type crosshairs.
