That depends on your main character. If you look at Checklist screen, for most characters it will tell which place to work to give the fastest time to get promoted to CEO. You'll get bonus experience points if you work at this place.
However if you choose main character with physical skill bonus, you don't have bonus experience points if working at any place so you can choose any work place.
