I'll be honest, I used to love this game, but the new non-sandbox style tree-like system totally killed it for me. Everything is so randomly scattered around now it is hard for me to stay invested in anything as I no longer feel I am actually living the scenarios by roaming around and going to and from; now I'm just clicking on scenes like some TikTok montage. I don't feel like the choices effect nearly as much anymore either, as it seems you now just go "that scene ended badly. try again" instead of having alternate scenes where the choices had more impact and we saw a scene depicting the differences.
One final thing, I'm not sure if it is because I didn't have the dog mask or what, but the scene it says it is required to complete glitches if you don't have it, I think. I was able to spy on the stepmom no problem, but could only exit because I had not answered the call prior. But, if I answer the call first then don't tell her about the call, she is standing naked in the living room while the sister watches TV and there is no option for anything other than exiting or heading upstairs.
