I'm trying to use as little colored (not black) tiles as possible. Here's my best solution so far, at 115 tiles (114 shown, plus an extra green tile on top of the 7 to complete the 8).

Yes, that is what i said i did in the comment. I didn't do it yet because I can't edit a finished game.
