The pregnancy item had a sex animation added in the form of a small cutscene when using it.
Is this not in the game anymore? I see the images on the steam store page but haven't been able to trigger them myself ingame
It should still be in there and it was added with the Cerise update. Main menu should say v.1.1.3 and the scene should play when activating the pregnancy item.
