Hiya,

I was wondering how this game was packaged and if it was done properly? 5GB is quite hefty lol.

If you didn't this time, in future I'd recommend choosing the list of maps to include in the package, this can be done by going to Project settings > Packaging > List of Maps to Include in a Packaged Build. From there just write the name of the map exactly (E.g. LVL_BASEMENT)

Also if you didn't before, I'd recommend changing the packaging mode to shipping! 🙂🙂
This can be done by selecting Platforms > (e.g.) Windows > Shipping

Ye i did all of that, a completley empty project with just a third person template starts at around  1gb out of the box, then its a 3d games with 1 - 4k textures, textures eat the most, the monster characters is a few hundred mbs , sounds and pictures for decals eat a bit too. 
5 gb is pretty tame tbh.....
