Honestly, I envisioned paranoia in a musical style differently. Something like the original Breaking Bad soundtrack at particularly tense moments. But I can see that you tried to convey that fear and uncertainty through the ambiguity of the composition itself, but for me personally, that effect didn't work much, it still sounds pretty kickass. I'm not judging, maybe that was the intention.
