I've actually mentioned it a few times before, but Haruki is not part of the regular update schedule. It goes Jun - Shoichi - Keisuke, and Haruki is thrown in at the start/end of the cycle when I can squeeze in an update for him, but it's not guaranteed he'll get updated every time since he's a side route. The pace for his route is faster, so there is less interval between him needing art, and Nyaruh can't pump stuff out that fast, so he usually gets updates slower to allow her to catch up.
