Back when I first read this, my intuition said you were wrong. I was certain that since the only difference was that Huge Houses got to include Five of a Kind, but Wide houses got to include Double Triples, the x7 of Wide Houses would not be as big of a difference from the x8 of Huge Houses. I didn't factor in that Five of a Kind and Double Triple multiplier Baubles are the same multiplier!
Here I am today working on some of the math for an enhanced edition of Scrongly (sneak peak for you) and realized you were 100% right. It made me remember this comment, so here's my scribbles.
Also worth noting that since you can make Huge Houses that contain Straight Flushes, the maximum total multiplier you can achieve from the multiplying multipliers baubles is 6187.5 x 16 = 99,000, and if you count the Four Colored Eye Masks Bauble, double that again to 198,000.
