The only way would be to have access to Android/data folder to copy the whole package folder with the game to another phone.
Thing is, all phones with Android 11(?) or newer, have revoked access to the internal folders as a means of protection.
Nevertheless there should be an app available somewhere that bypasses that restriction, but I personally don't know which one would it b, so you'll have to dig around the internet yourself or, if everything fails, start over.
