so closing all apps just makes it work?
i have horrible lag too
The game isn't optimized very well, most people have lag of some kind. If you lag a lot try lowering the shadows and lighting settings in the graphics as these are the most "expensive".
Try made a new game save and after that enter in your main save. That fix problem for me. I dont know how and why.
