Just out of curiosity, which of these errors were caused by my games? Lag I can see, but I'm on a laptop and getting 60 FPS. Malware maybe, but I've never heard of a problem with this and there's always an override. I have no idea what fraps is. If you could be more specific, I could probably help you troubleshoot the problem.
