Open discord, scroll down, click add server, type in the invite link
For some reason I myself cant join servers via browser
Looks like all the invite links i found were expired :( I tried Desktop discord and its said "The invite is invalid or has expired." So sad :(

Check your discord setting,there is age-restrict in setting :)
