That's a new one.
Having looked into it, the most likely cause seems to be something being out of date. Updating graphics drivers seems to be the most common fix, but I also found at least one instance of someone needing to roll back to legacy drivers to fix the issue, so what the exact issue is and how to fix it will depend on your specific hardware setup, which I can't really help with.
