Seems to me that the survivors have a massive advantage, because they can just set up their half of the objective markers close to the drop ship and score 5 VP on the first turn very easily. Not to mention they can also score supplies whereas their opponent cannot.

    • There is a range limit on how close objective markers can be placed to the dropship, so the Native player can deploy his troops to defend some of them.  There are 6 objectives, but the Survivors only need 3 of them, so the Native player needs to defend at least 4 to slow the Survivors down.  
  • [Survivors] can score supplies whereas their opponent cannot. 
    • Apologies if this was unclear!  Either side may score VP by collecting supplies.  Supplies are intended to be placed in the "No Man's Land" between the Natives and the Survivors.
