Hey man, I know this is an older post but when you click "file" then "New" there should be a tick box that says "Horizontal" in the options. You need to tick that to use this hex pack in Hex Kit correctly.

I was looking at it last night and the option in Hex Kit is actually "Flat-top" not "Horizontal", so my bad there. But otherwise you're welcome!
Makes sense! I haven't looked at Hexkit in awhile, so I might need to play with it again while I make the new set.
