If it’s showing 1 client, it did connect - perhaps you’re losing obj_gmlive? See troubleshooting.

maybe this indicates what the issue is?:
load_eligibility_plist: Failed to open //private/var/db/os_eligibility/eligibility.plist: Operation not permitted(1)
Haven’t seen that before. Is that in gmlive server window or in GM?
