Futa content is often escapist content for many lesbians and/or trans woman I know and have met over the years, but it'd be nice to enjoy it without the immersion breaking, super-fetishised nature of hyper dicks, cumflation and stomach bulging... I'll admit, I actually returned Benefitship on Steam specifically for the bulging and inflation.
Hm, you'll probably be better off searching Rule34 (or similar) for that, since you can there specify exactly what you do and don't want to see.
Making alternate versions of a bunch of art would be both very time consuming and very expensive, so it's not something we're likely to do. I won't say that we'll never make games without those aspects, but it's not something we specifically have planned.
