Looks like the file wasn't downloaded properly and you're missing the image file, give it a redownload and hopefully that'll resolve it. The image does exist
Did it twice, Issue still persists.I dug around in the files for a bit and found that I do have the image, The game just refuses to load it for whatever reason.
