If you want to increase the friendship level or flirt, you have to talk to the character or give them items that have those attributes.
The pool and exploration areas are optional.
There's a chance they'll be negative if you've given too many gifts with something negative, and if so, you have to compensate by giving them more.

Its turn to negative because of the penalty spam,i prefer to pay with money..The penalty decrease my attribute a lot..Its so repetitive like( -12 flirt,-12 friendship),theres no to pay with money option..Thats so unfair,i always trying to keep money to buy gifts for customer but this disaster keep spamming and also cost money a lot.I guess i have to give them more gifts,man give me a break.The cheap cookie give +convince the customer,can you tell me the red one? Its in another language,i dont know the meaning.
Well, if you've done something wrong, I recommend restarting your game and trying not to overuse the same item to your character so that the penalty doesn't affect you as much and you can invest your money wisely. There are anniversary ticket codes you can claim in the store or sell them for extra cash as well.
I already compesate them with the right gifts and its working..Or maybe just reduce the amount of penalty because that feature are mad annoying tbh..It affecting my whole customer in that hotel and gifts only affected individually..Only Matt are useful to counter this penalty and his skill are rarely active..And the ore are not worthy to use,use them have low value than selling them..Can you add existing character with better passive skill? This is exhausting..Hard to get new customers if i got bombarded by penalty 4-5 times a week..Wheres the fun if i restarted?Its the same mechanic anyway..
