Unfortunately, one of the cons I discovered while using TyranoBuilder as an engine is that it doesn't allow the export of a MacOS build unless the system itself is MacOS compared to Ren'Py.
For the buttons, refreshing the page several times should reset things. There's a bit of delay between the hover functions, but they should be operative if you click on them directly. I recommend against clicking the Quit since it appears to freeze the web version.
Overall, the possibility of porting the whole series to Ren'Py is likely high.
