Windows defender prevented downloading the game because of a trojan threat (Trojan:Script/Sabsik.FL.A!ml). I really doubt you have a virus in your game but it might be the way it's compiled or something. Just an FYI.
I can assure you that the game is 100% safe and does not contain any viruses. Sometimes, Windows Defender can flag standalone games - especially those compiled using certain tools - as a false positive (such as detecting Trojan:Script/Sabsik.FL.A!ml).
Use Sandboxie, it helps protect your system. Itch, Game Jolt and other sites are loaded with malware hidden in the games. Be aware that these types of sites do not take responsibility for what happens when you download and run games. It is your responsibility to protect yourself.
