If the public version is only the initial part we can experience, does that mean we need to purchase the Patreon version to enjoy the full game? In fact, this game really suits my taste.

This game is currently under development, so the Patreon version only includes exploration up to Basement Level 7 (B7).
As updates progress, the current Patreon version (B7) will eventually be released to the public, and the next version will then become available on Patreon.
In this way, once the full game is complete, all content will eventually be made publicly available.
