Look at that—someone else using Game Maker hahaha! And using it really well, by the way! I really liked your introduction—it was extremely creative how you started the game, with the text crashing onto the screen, things falling, breaking the text elements... you nailed that!
The core concept of the game is simple but very well executed. It was easy to understand how things worked, but a few extra hints about which elements could or couldn't be combined would help a lot to improve the game flow, since trial and error takes quite a bit of time—especially considering the wait between each attempt.
Are there any power-ups in the game? If so, I couldn’t find them, but I believe they’d be really useful for increasing replayability—maybe we could search the sand or even the sea for temporary powers to help with collecting.
For example, maybe something like an "excavator" for the dirt or a "harpoon" for the sea? Well, the ideas are wild and varied—it would depend a lot on the direction you want the game to take, especially if you’re planning to continue with it.
It was a really pleasant and fun experience. It’s simple, yes, but made with heart and able to keep the player engaged. Great work and best of luck in the jam!
