how do u date lani i beat her 2 time then i should have a date the next day but no date happens what should i do

The requirements for the date are that you have earned the date (you did that), Lani is in your party (I assume this is a no), and Lani is level 2+ (so you've fought with her at least once). There are a few things that can stop the date from happening, but they're all temporary (Lani's conversations about her lineage take precedence, and dated story events like the chicken fight will also postpone the date).
