Dev plans to release firstly the 0.2.2.9 subscribestar exclusive bug-bash build without any sex scenes but with the party event this weekend, to see if there are any major bugs present, once most of them are fixed he'll drop proper 0.2.3 build publicly (my personal estimate is in 1 or 2 weeks).
