What system are you on and which file did you download?
Android and I tried both the updated file and the 32bit one but both said that I need to change my settings when I don't have those controls. It's fine if I can't get a refund, I don't know why I asked that
What do you mean by "don't have those controls"? and what kinda phone you on?
Sounds like you don't have install unknown apps changed in your settings. All Android devices in the past eight years have this option.
