Yeah, dev is aware about Android touchscreen problems, the only solutions right now are to trigger minigames off screen (or away from other action triggers) or connect mouse to phone (I know it's ridiculous, but hey, as long as it works).
As for the flies it's worth buying "bug spray" from the shop, makes it easier to kill flies, also you can opt to keep the temp below 18.5, which will spawn flies lless frequent at the cost of slightly increased wakefulness gain ('Z' fills up a little faster).
As for the phone, you can silence the phone for the entire night if you find teddy bear plushie somewhere on her bed.
