Cuz later on in the game, you kinda wish you had more stamina to get the most efficient daily yield... Level 20 doesn't give you enough stamina to be used evenly split between activities >:C
Managing your resources is kind of the point, in any case, if you have problems with energy consumption you can buy milk once a week from the cowgirl merchant.
