i did everything exactly as you said and it will not let me load into the game still says map is outdated. any help is appreciated.

You modified the map.i3d file in FS25_Ray_County.zip and the modDesc.xml like below and disabled the FS25_precision-farming-configurator, Did you also look at the log.txt file to see if there are any errors or warnings?
Also don't load a crapton of mods as that might influence it too.
I've got it runnning on 3 systems. AMD 5700G with a RX 6900 XT , a PC AMD 7700 with a RX 6600 XT and my notebook a Lenovo Yoga 7735U.
