Can you remember where you found this game, some info on who made it, or just something else? there is like a thousillion games similar to it... maybe is an idle game?

Indeed it is boring, I had played only several minutes, but for some reason it stucked in me and I would like to see it again. Some other C64 and DOS games haunting me with non-fading memories what I gave up to find anymore, but this one maybe can found again.
Im looking for someone who tried it, they can recognize but maybe they also forgot it's name.
