Hi, I'm quite interested in the concept of this game, but I have one problem: how should I read the PDF? I'm having a hard time because there's no numbering for each section, and English isn't my first language. Could someone please explain it to me?

Sure! It's written like a pamphlet - so you read it up to down starting with the cover image's "Kitchen Supplies" as Panel 1, then continue with "How to Start" is panel 2, "Festivals" is panel 3, Dish Characteristics is panel 4, And the remaining panel is panel 5. The final panel is the one to the left of the the cover image is the final panel telling with the majority of it continuing from Panel 5's "Let's Cook Phase"
