I found somehow that problem is indeed with itch.io ,because i didnt got second message from it, i just got the first one from bank which said that money is took from card, and thats all, and yeah i reported itch io about this ,but i dont belive that anything is gonna make out of this. And pls leave somewhere your contact for direct message ,bc i cant find it anywhere.
Ok good to hear that you found the problem. If they don't reach out and fix it like in 1-2 days write me and I will send it to you. But I will say that this will be an exception to anyone else.
