The keys are can be placed in one of a few places in the environment, just to spice it up on replays. I'm glad you encountered the A ending—I was worried that people were going to be able to blow through the game quickly enough that no one would see it. I'm also relieved that the key item hunts weren't too obtuse to prevent you from beating the game. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
