i would Download From the ingame Mod Hub rather than Giants website. This seems to be A giants issue But i totally understand the Frustration.
Giants do throttle the bandwidth to the ModHub page - their D/L rate in-game is pretty abysmal as well.To be expected from Giants - if it can be done piss-poor - its the Giants way
