I'm not an expert on how to run unsigned apps on a Mac, but I think since MacOS 15.1, you'll have to unquarantine the app via Terminal. Google/Duckduckgo for something like "macos 15.1 + unsigned + terminal + quarantine" and you should find guides on how to install unsigned apps.
