Like how do i know where i am in terms of progress

Well i didn't see any Halloween...alsomwhy are like 5 locations...not yet implemented or will be added soon
An episode is the name for new updates. Usually it adds two new quests to continue the story. So Halloween is unlocked in the very end. You can orient by the quest names, for they're unlocked one after another.
