Hi, dev doesn't work on translating the game, rather it's done by people on the Discord server who volunteered.
There's a thread for both traditional and simplified Chinese, and both languages should be already in the game, not fully translated yet though.
If you want to help translating the game, I'd suggest you join our Discord server and help out people who are already at it.
