If in 0.11 you got, for example, 15 denga for completing the quest and now you got only 0.15 then it's a bug but it was in 0.11 and it was regional bug. And 'regional bug' means that players from different world regions would get different rewards and it was wrong so I fixed it. Sorry for that.
